Our flowers
Three ways to fill a garden or a room with colour — rhizomes and cut stems from growers we know by name.
Cut stems
Canna lilies cut the morning they are ordered, plus proteas, pincushions and fynbos picked for their shape and staying power. Bold, sculptural and unmistakably South African.

Cut this morning, tied by hand
Canna Lilies for Africa began at a market stall with a bakkie full of proteas and a stubborn belief that local flowers beat imported ones on every count — freshness, colour and the people behind them.
Nothing sits in a cold room for a week. Stems are cut, conditioned and arranged the same day, wrapped in paper rather than plastic, and sent out while they are still opening.
- Cut to order and delivered within 24 hours of harvest.
- Grown by local farms we visit, not flown in from overseas.
- Paper wrap, compostable ribbon and no plastic in the box.
From the studio
Bunches, blooms and colour from this week's market — photographed between the farm and the workbench.
Loved by our customers
What people say after the flowers arrive — and after they order again.
The bouquet arrived looking better than the photos. Three weeks later the lilies were still opening one by one. I've ordered every month since.
They did the flowers for our wedding in Pretoria — proteas and canna lilies in deep reds, exactly what we asked for. The team handled everything on the day.
I sent flowers to my mom in Durban and they arrived the next morning, still cool and perfectly wrapped. She phoned me in tears. Worth every rand.
